Becoming Psychological Well- being: Do's and Don'ts

Abstract:

Becoming psychological well-being and mentally healthy is necessity of the changing world. The rapid changes

happening around make it necessary to learn to be happy and adjust with available contextual situations. COVID-19

has also changed our life severely in all spheres of life and has imposed unexpected conditions for living. People as

quarantine in their homes, schools are closed and sociability is challenged. This is a new context which people have not

experienced earlier that too worldwide. These unexpected impositions have impacted our life negatively. Children at

home may feel unhappy, stressed, frustrated, uneasy, anxious. Now, parents’ responsibility increases to look after the

health particularity mental health of children. Along with this, parents/caregiver must be careful about their own health

as they will be working under tremendous pressure. Considering the present context, paper discusses the mental health

issue children and parents may face along with feasible suggestions for addressing these concerns.
