Abstract:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, an online system was required, one of which was e-learning. The use of e-learning aroused a lot

of interest from both students and lecturers. So that students do not struggle with distance learning, lecturers should be able to

prepare the best materials, media, content, interaction, and flexibility in the use of e-learning. While students should prepare

themselves as much as possible in terms of technology, ability, interaction with colleagues and lecturers, as well as motivation,

they should also prepare themselves as much as possible in terms of technology, ability, interaction with colleagues and lecturers

when conducting distance learning using e-learning. The goal of this study was to see how satisfied and comfortable nursing

students in a Coimbatore college were with e-learning. In this investigation, a descriptive study design was used. Convenience

sampling was used to pick 382 students enrolled in the College's 4-year baccalaureate nursing program and 2-year postbaccalaureate

nursing program. This research was place during the 2020 academic year. A questionnaire, such as the five-point

Likert scale, was used to collect the data. The results of the survey were analyzed statistically using SPSS. The students were

highly satisfied with various aspects of the lecture, such as the teacher's motivation, the question session at the end of the lecture,

and the virtual film about the procedure, according to the results. The students were at ease attending e-learning classes since

they are accustomed with using a computer device, according to the findings. Although computer education allows pupils to

learn independently, traditional teaching methods offer greater benefits than e-learning.
