Abstract:
: Education in the digital era demands a multi-disciplinary approach, integrating technology, psychology, and teacher training to improve student learning outcomes. The integration of digital pedagogy, AI-driven learning, cognitive psychology, and structured teacher training has significantly enhanced student engagement, academic performance, and well-being. However, psychosocial issues such as teenage drug abuse, parental negligence, and mental health struggles continue to hinder student success. This paper explores evidence-based strategies to address these challenges, drawing from 25 years of teaching experience, SCERT Telangana initiatives, and school-based psychological support programs. The study presents policy recommendations for implementing blended learning, AI-assisted teaching, and school-based psychological interventions to foster cognitive, emotional, and academic development.
